In light of continuing to implement the plan to develop customer service outlets to facilitate contracting and collection services and resolve citizens’ complaints; Today, the Alexandria Drinking Water Company witnessed the opening of two collection and customer service outlets in Al-Wardian and Kom El-Dikka under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister Dr. Abdel Aziz Qanswa, Governor of Alexandria, Mr. Engineer Mamdouh Raslan, President of the Holding Company for Potable Water and Sanitation, Mr. Dr. Ahmed Moawad, Vice President of the Holding Company, and Mr. Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, in the presence of a group of senior leaders in the executive bodies in Alexandria Governorate, heads of sectors, senior officials of the drinking water and sanitation companies, and members of the House of Representatives. The opening ceremony began in the Kom El-Dikka building, where His Excellency Minister Abdel Aziz Qanswa, Engineer Mamdouh Raslan, Dr. Ahmed Moawad, and Engineer Ahmed Jaber cut the ribbon and raised the curtain on the marble plaque, announcing the beginning of the activation of work inside the customer service outlet in the Kom El-Dikka building. A services complex that includes outlets for collection, subscriptions, contracts, arrears, inspection and reading of meters. The building is located on a flat area with an area of about 420 square meters and consists of four active upper floors to serve about 132,000 contractors in the areas of Sidi Gaber, Sporting, Clio Patra, Ibrahimia, Shatby and the airport. Then all the attendees moved to the Wardian area to open the new customer service outlet located in Al-Saniya Square, Al-Aman Street, which was built on a flat area of land with an area of about 125 square meters and consists of 5 activated upper floors to serve the areas of Wadi Al-Qamar, Nag Al-Arab, Karmouz, Al-Max, and Dekheila Al-Bahariya, where the number of subscribers is about 87,000 subscribers.
Following the opening ceremony, Mr. Engineer/Ahmed Jaber accompanied Mr./Engineer/Mamdouh Raslan and Dr./Ahmed Moawad, accompanied by senior officials from the Alexandria Water and Wastewater Company, heading towards Al-Mansheya 2 station to conduct a quick inspection tour and hold a small meeting chaired by Mr. Engineer, President of the Holding Company for Water and Wastewater. He congratulated the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company on this great event and thanked all employees for all the efforts made to raise the banner of their company and maintain its level of leadership.
