  • In the field of rationalizing energy consumption and uses of renewable solar energy resources:
Solve the problem of high electrical energy consumption and electricity company bill fines by:

Monthly follow-up and review of the maximum load values at the entire company level in implementation of the new law, which stipulates that meter zeroing reports be made every 3 months instead of a year.
Monthly follow-up of electricity consumption bills for all stations, cranes and branches of the company.
Completing the maintenance work on capacitor panels at the company’s cranes.
An annual complex contract was made with the Alexandria Electricity Distribution Company to maintain (25) panels to improve the power factor, and the necessary procedures were completed.
Follow up on the meter readings of Al Buhaira Electricity Distribution Company
The installation of a solar energy system with a capacity of 60 KV has been completed. Watt.

8- The installation of 8 units to improve the medium voltage power factor of 11 kV was completed.

9- Nearly 20 low-voltage power factor improvement panels were installed at the level of stations and major cranes, some of them self-effortlessly.

In the field of providing better service to citizens

1- Maintaining the efficiency and quality of water in tanks and maintaining the storage capacity in stations and cranes.

2- Establishment of a 1000 m3 tank, an administrative and residential building, and laboratories in Al-Zohour village in order to increase the storage capacity of the Al-Zohour water station, which is implemented with a fiber membrane system, with a production capacity of 5500 m3/day.

In the field of preserving existing civil facilities and electromechanical equipment:

Completing field visits to a number of stations and cranes in the Alexandria, North Coast, and Southern region production sectors. The data of all electromechanical equipment was uploaded and counted, and their data was entered into the technical asset management program on the holding company’s website.
