Since 2007, the company's quality management system has been implemented

As the city center stations (Eastern station - Al-Mansheya station (1)) obtained the ISO 9001: 2000 quality management system certificate.

2009

The stations east of the city (Al-Nuzha - Al-Seyouf - Al-Mamoura) have obtained ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certificates and ISO 4001:2004 environmental management system certificates.

2012

The company, represented in all other sectors other than stations and laboratories, obtained the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System Certificate.

2016

The company obtained, for the first time, at the level of 8 stations in the company (Al-Nuzha - Al-Mamoura - Al-Seyouf - Sharqi - Al-Mansheya 1 - Al-Mansheya 2 - Furn Al-Jaraya - K40) certificates:

* Renewal of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate

* Environmental management system certification ISO 14001:2004

* Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification OHSAS 18001:2007

2018

* The Quality Assurance Department of the General Administration of the company’s technical office succeeded in March 2018 in moving to the specifications of quality management systems ISO9001: 2015 / environmental management ISO 14001: 2015 for all stations and laboratories of the company affiliated with the certification of the quality management system / environment / occupational safety and health for stations and laboratories.

* The Quality Assurance Department of the General Administration of the Company’s Technical Office succeeded in September 2018 in moving to the ISO9001: 2015 Quality Management System specification for all commercial and engineering sectors, departments, and branches affiliated with the Headquarters Certificate. Many departments also received praise from the donor S.G.S for the excellent procedures and optimal application of the specification. .

2020

The Quality Assurance Department of the General Administration of the Technical Office succeeded in achieving the transition requirements for the first specification of the occupational safety and health management system issued by the ISO 45001-2018 organization, and obtained the certificate in May 2020 without major or minor non-conformities.

2021

Quality Assurance in the General Administration of the Technical Office succeeded in renewing the ISO9001: 2015 Quality Management System Certificate for all sectors, departments, and commercial and engineering branches affiliated with the Headquarters Certificate for the eleventh time in a row and without interruption since 2012.

2022

Quality Assurance in the General Administration of the Technical Office succeeded in renewing the ISO certificates for all stations and laboratories of the company affiliated to the Quality / Environment / Occupational Safety and Health Management System Certificate for stations and laboratories.

For the 16th consecutive time for the Quality Management System Certification since 2007 and for the 7th time for the Environment, Safety and Occupational Health Systems since 2016

*** The S.G.S certification body performs periodic reviews to verify compliance with the requirements of the certificates, and as a result, the certificates are renewed for the company.
