Under the directives of Mr. Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, and within the framework of the Integrity Support Department’s operational plan for the fiscal year 2019/2020, the Department began cooperating for the second time with the financial sector, headed by Mr. Accountant Sherif Nawar, to develop integrity support procedures for a new process for the General Warehouse Administration. A meeting was held on 1/14/2019 with the concerned persons, who were nominated by the Accountant/ Head of the Financial Sector, to identify one of the warehouse operations, conduct a risk analysis for it, and develop integrity support procedures and an implementation plan for it. They are:
- Mr. Accountant/ Saeed Adly, General Manager of Warehouses
- Mr. Accountant/ Salah Al-Maghrabi, Director of Sharq Warehouses Department
- Mr. Accountant/ Mr. Abdel Hafeez, Director of Central Warehouses Department
- Mr. Sami Imam, Secretary of Al-Qabbari Store
- Mr. Khaled Faraj, storekeeper of Abu Qir
An introductory lecture was given on the Integrity Support Department, and on how to work during the coming period after the operations team identified the most important processes for which integrity support procedures will be developed in order to overcome the gaps in work procedures.
