In order to complete the development process in order to provide better services to the public; Engineer Ahmed Jaber Shehata, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, held an urgent meeting at the Moharram Bek branch with Dr. Ahmed Abdel Halim, Head of the Commercial Sector, General Managers of Central and Western Branches, Director General of Revenue and Collection, General Director of Central Audit, and Director of Moharam Bek Branch to coordinate between branch managers and audit departments to establish the necessary controls. To develop performance in all branches and customer service outlets, in addition to facilitating transactions with citizens to ensure improving the level of service to satisfy the customer.
After the meeting, His Excellency visited all the branch’s departments, in addition to the Moharram Bey customer service outlet, for the purpose of inspecting the progress of work on the ground.
