In light of the intensification of effective field campaigns during the current period; Engineer Ahmed Jaber Shehata made a surprise visit to the Raml branch and outlet, the hotline, and the training center to closely observe the performance level of the employees in how they deal with customers, meet all their needs, deal directly with the customer, listen to their demands, and recommend facilitating procedures in order to provide better service to subscribers.
His Excellency requested that the employee attendance and dismissal files be presented to him and that he personally reviewed them. He stressed the necessity of adhering to official working hours in order to provide a sufficient period of time to serve the customers coming to us in order to meet their needs optimally. His Excellency inquired through the hotline about the complaints received by them. His Excellency also inspected the conditions of the workers in the Raml Branch and recommended the need to pay attention to raising and developing performance rates, especially in the arrears and collection department and meters, as they are the cornerstone on which the success of commercial transactions at the Alexandria Water Company is based. His Excellency continued his field visit by visiting the work sites of the Mahmoudiyah Axis Development Project and following up on the work of relocating and installing two 1000 mm diameter water lines at the Al-Namous Bridge and directly transferring the 1000 mm diameter line opposite the Nozha Water Station. His Excellency ensured that all works were carried out in an optimal manner.
