Based on the directives of Mr. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to protect consumer rights, and under the patronage of Mr. Dr. Abdel Aziz Qanswa - Governor of Alexandria - and Mr. Engineer Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company. The Awareness Department and the General Administration of Customer Service participated in the consumer protection convoy held at the Al-Ittihad Club, and organized an exhibition that included awareness materials such as the Salami story, the Mima game, awareness messages, and awareness publications that included the services provided by the company. The attendees’ inquiries and questions were also answered.
