A meeting to activate the executive plan for the warehouse operation, chaired by Mr. Eng. Ahmed Jaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, within the framework of the operational plan of the Integrity Support Department for the fiscal year 2019/2020.
The meeting was attended by the heads of the Alexandria production and distribution sectors, projects, human resources, studies and planning. The General Directors of Financial Affairs, Auditing, Procurement, Information Technology, Control and Follow-up, Environment Quality, West Production and Distribution, the Director of Asset Management, some members of the relevant departments, and the Integrity Support Team.
The warehouse operation team was also attended by Mr. Khaled Mustafa, General Manager of the Warehouses, Mr. Salah Maghribi, Mr. Sayed Abdel Hafeez, Mr. Othman Muhammad, and Ms. Doaa Nassar, Director of the Warehouse Accounts Department.
In the beginning, an introduction was made about the Integrity Support Department, then the items of the executive plan and procedures supporting integrity were discussed, which would fill the gaps and raise work performance. For example, paying attention to training warehouse workers and raising their efficiency, linking all warehouses to an electronic system, and coordinating the mechanism of the documentary cycle of business, whether in station warehouses or Branches.
Then, a presentation was made from the Information Technology Department of the Studies and Planning Sector about implementing an electronic program to link the warehouses to an electronic system, which will facilitate the implementation of the plan.
Accordingly, the executive plan for the warehouse operation will be activated in the pilot warehouses soon, and the Integrity Support Department extends its sincere thanks to the warehouse work team and everyone who participated in developing the executive plan in a distinguished manner for this cooperation.
