Approval of the Ministry of Health and Population on a water safety and security plan for the supply system of the Nozha and Mariout (1) stations of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company.

Mr. Eng. Ahmed Jaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, congratulates all workers in the laboratories sector, led by chemist Maha Dowidar, head of the laboratories sector, on the approval of the Ministry of Health and Population on the second version of the water safety and security plan for the supply system of the Nozha and Mariout (1) stations, by presenting it to the Supreme Committee. For water, formed by the Water Control Administration, the General Administration of Environmental Health, and the Central Administration for Environmental Affairs, session 9/17/2020, approved by Her Excellency the Professor Dr. Minister of Health and Population.
The committee's decision stated:
“The committee considers approving a water safety and security plan for the supply system of the Nozha and Mariout (1) water stations - in Alexandria Governorate, provided that the concerned authorities and the governorate’s drinking water and sanitation company adhere to all corrective measures mentioned in the plan and the time period, as well as the governorate’s Health Affairs Directorate drawing samples every two weeks. The station should be periodically expelled and inspected in accordance with the standards of Resolution 458/2007.”
Mr. Engineer/ Ahmed Jaber also extends all his thanks and appreciation to Mr. Engineer/ Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company for Potable Water and Wastewater, for the continuous and permanent support for everything related to the company’s fields, especially in the field of water quality.
