Thank God, the company’s regional training center has obtained the accreditation of the National Council for Training and Education, making the center the accredited body in Alexandria to implement training programs and grants for young graduates and prepare them for the labor market in cooperation with the Graduate Employment Authority.
Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, confirmed that the company’s training plan aims, in addition to training employees, improving their performance and raising their efficiency, implementing training programs for graduates, and training university students in various specializations. The training includes, in addition to scientific and theoretical subjects, field training at the company’s stations, laboratories, branches, and departments. He explained that the company succeeded in training more than 612 students this year from the faculties of commerce, science, engineering, and other specializations.
It is worth noting that the “National Council for Training and Education” is one of the units of the General Assembly for Organization and Administration registered under No. 285 of 1995 from the Ministry of Social Solidarity. The Council aims to advance the training profession and maintain quality standards.
