Launching a program and implementing a digital performance indicators system

Ahmed Jaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, the General Administration of the Technical Office yesterday launched the program and application of the digital performance indicators system in the meeting room at the Mansheya 2 Water Station, which aims to provide key measurement indicators for commercial sector data in order to follow up and evaluate the company’s performance on a daily basis. Mr. Accountant/ Essam Abdel Majeed, General Director of the General Administration of the Technical Office, explained that the new program, which was launched in cooperation with the Planning and Studies Sector, headed by Mr. Engineer/ Mustafa El-Sayed, and the General Administration of Major Participants and Governmental Departments, headed by Mr. Accountant/ Hossam Atef, helps to achieve the maximum possible benefit. From the huge amount of data possessed by the commercial sector, it also contributes to translating the results of the work of commercial branches and all customer service outlets in the form of daily performance indicators that contribute to decision-making and making.
The program also aims to determine the level of development in the performance of commercial branches and outlets by following up on time series of the development of collections day by day. The use of the digital performance indicators system on mobile also provides the opportunity for the decision maker to conduct research, compare and review business results through performance indicators on smart display panels.
This program works through several stages, the first of which is the stage of recording the collections of branches and outlets for all collections items (invoices - measurement items - connection fees - electronic payment - external outlets - major subscribers) on a daily basis, and the second is the migration stage for review and analysis, through which all processing is carried out. What is required to extract information, rates of change, make comparisons, and finally the review and approval stage to present the evidence in its final form.
This is a major achievement, as this program was designed and fed with the necessary data by the company’s employees, which will save the cost of purchasing an external program and also provides many options and powers, which will facilitate the delivery of data more accurately and quickly to decision makers.
