Today, Mr. Major General Mohamed Al-Sharif - Governor of Alexandria, honored Eng. Ahmed Gaber Shehata, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Drinking Water Company, in appreciation of him and the effort made in his participation with all concerned parties in organizing the “27th Men’s Handball World Cup Egypt 2021”, in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Gamal - Deputy Governor, where he praised the good organization and wonderful preparations that took place in the tournament, which showed Alexandria in the way that befits it as a bride of the Mediterranean in front of the countries of the world.
Mr. Major General Mohamed Al-Sharif extended his sincere thanks and gratitude to all the parties and agencies that participated in organizing the tournament and presenting it in an honorable manner to Egypt.
His Excellency also affirmed that Alexandria will always remain a leader in hosting and organizing Arab and international championships, in light of the support and directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic.
