Engineer Ahmed Gaber, head of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, inspected the workflow at the customer service branches in Mandara and Sidi Bishr, which opened the door to receiving requests, contracts, and services on Fridays and Saturdays, until 9 p.m.
He said that increasing working hours in customer service centers in some of the company’s branches, with the aim of providing distinguished service to employees and preventing customers from crowding in the branches, is part of the precautionary measures to confront the repercussions of the Corona virus.
Jaber thanked all the workers in the commercial branches for what they did during the past days and for continuing work after official hours.
