A water chief in Alexandria follows up on the replacement and renewal of water lines
Engineer Ahmed Gaber, head of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, inspected the replacement and renewal operations for the 1000 and 1500 mm diameter conveyor water lines, from the Kilometer 40 station to feed the areas of Burj Al Arab to the bathroom.
This came during the tour he conducted this morning, accompanied by the head of the South Sector, within the framework of the directives of Engineer Mamdouh Raslan, head of the Holding Company for Potable Water and Wastewater, to prepare for the summer and the holy month of Ramadan during the Supreme Coordination Committee for Drinking Water and Wastewater Companies.
Engineer Ahmed Jaber confirmed that the company has implemented many urgent solutions in hot areas to increase the amount of water produced to meet the expected increase in consumption during the summer.
In a related context, the head of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company inspected a number of commercial branches in the Qabbari and Agamy areas, within the framework of improving services for the Alexandrian citizen.
He also held a meeting with civil society committees to discuss clients’ problems, whether commercial or technical.
He met with the head of the Alexandria Water Company, Representative Ahmed Khairallah, a member of the House of Representatives, during his visit to the company’s branch in Amriya, to discuss the problems of citizens and to overcome and solve all obstacles.
