The head of Alexandria Water follows up the administrative branches and stations to ensure the efficiency of operation
Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, visited, during his tour today, the branches of the administrative company, Mandara Branch, Sidi Bishr Branch, and the Agami, Sahel, Wardian, and Ibrahimiya branches, to follow up on the regularity of work, identify and address any problems, and ensure that they deal professionally with customers and provide them with distinguished service.
He discussed with the branch managers the mechanisms for revitalizing collection rates during the coming period, and stressed the important role of quickly resolving citizens’ complaints received through the hotline 125 or through the communication channels provided by the company.
The head of the Alexandria Water Company, Rafei Sidi Bishr and Mohamed Naguib, inspected the pressure to cover areas from Sidi Bishr to Al-Raml.
Jaber inspected the “Sharqi” water station to ensure standard operation according to the established plan. He also inspected the site of the relay work for a 1000 mm diameter water line in the Al-Qabbari area under the Bab 27 Bridge as part of the state’s plan for national projects.
