The head of Alexandria Water inspects the hotline, the training center, and Al-Raml customer service
Today, Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, conducted an inspection tour that included a field visit to inspect and determine the path of a water line project being implemented in the Smouha area to supply a 150-acre area, to increase pressure and raise the efficiency of service to citizens.
The President of the Alexandria Water Company visited the Raml Customer Service Center to ensure that precautionary measures were followed at the work site, and held a meeting with readers and collectors to motivate them to adhere to the company’s collection plan, to sustain service provision with the same required quality and efficiency.
He also checked the hotline 125 to follow up on the mechanisms for resolving complaints and the speed of dealing with them within the prescribed period, which does not exceed 24 hours for more than 90 percent of the complaints received, and followed the method of receiving complaints and dealing well with the public to improve the company’s mental image.
Jaber visited the Regional Training Center to review the specialized training plan to build capabilities in the areas of awareness and customer service, how to communicate with citizens, raise the efficiency of accountants, and prepare the career path and curricula for accountants in the commercial sector.
