He said that due to the sanitation company making modifications to the sewer lines in the Kilometer 21 area and the 6th of October area, and coordinating with the Alexandria Drinking Water Company to divert the conflicting water lines, the work began at dawn on Sunday, August 22, 2021, at 3 am, and until 9 am.
