As part of the company's plan to develop the services provided to customers, Major General Mohamed El Sharif, Governor of Alexandria, and Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Head of the Drinking Water Company in Alexandria, inspected the mobile customer service centers' cars, to launch the start-up signal for those cars to serve the citizens and perform all the tasks of the fixed customer service center.
Engineer Ahmed Jaber confirmed that this step comes within the framework of the directives of Engineer Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater, to improve and develop services provided to citizens.
He added that these cars were specially designed and equipped with the latest technologies to serve as mobile customer service centers to cover all regions and neighborhoods of the governorate and reach areas where customer service centers are not equipped, in addition to providing service to the elderly and customers who find it difficult to attend customer service centers.
He continued that the company seeks to keep pace with advanced means that achieve customer comfort and satisfaction and perform the service as quickly as possible, indicating that mobile customer service cars provide all services to citizens such as (contracting the entry of meters - charging prepaid cards - paying bills - inquiring about bills - submitting complaints
