For the tenth time in a row, the Alexandria Drinking Water Company renewed the ISO 9001 certificate for the company’s sectors.

Engineer Ahmed Gaber Shehata, President of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, announced the renewal of the ISO 9001 quality management system certificate for 8 sectors and 6 general departments in the company for the tenth time in a row.

He stressed the company's commitment to supporting and continuing the performance development system and keeping pace with all available improvement mechanisms in the field of quality management. This comes within the framework of the company's endeavor to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all operations, which in turn is reflected in improving the institutional performance system as a whole, within the framework of the directives of the Holding Company for Drinking and Wastewater. This came during the external review of the ISO certification body, SGS Limited Egypt, in the period from (12-23) September 2021, and the granting body recommended renewing the certificates at the end of the review, as no cases of major or minor non-conformity were detected.
