In a great celebration.. Mr. Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Drinking Water Company in Alexandria, Mr. Major General Mohamed Taher Al-Sharif, Governor of Alexandria, Mr. Dr. Mohamed Saad, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Alexandria, and Mr. Major General Mahmoud Nafi, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director For the Sanitation Company in Alexandria, Engineer Nadia Abdo, the former governor of Beheira, and a group of members of the People’s Assembly and the Shura Council. The secondary technical school for drinking water and sanitation, which serves the governorates of Alexandria, Matrouh, Beheira, Gharbia, and Kafr El-Sheikh.
This school is the first of its kind in Alexandria.
Mr. Engineer Ahmed Jaber and the distinguished guests witnessed the morning assembly, after which they visited the laboratories, workshops, and classrooms and spoke with the students.

As for the school, it is according to a cooperation protocol between the Ministries of Education and Housing, represented by the Holding Company for Potable Water and Wastewater.
The school aims to prepare and graduate distinguished technicians with high skills that meet national and international standards to meet the requirements of the labor market.
The company undertakes to train students in the company’s workshops and laboratories at the hands of highly skilled experts and technicians.
The student is committed to spending the summer training period at the company’s stations and laboratories in exchange for a financial reward provided by the company to the student.
Passing the training period is a prerequisite for moving to the next grade.
