Mr. Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, distributes medals and certificates of appreciation to the winners of the General Administration of Customer Service Competition in the meeting room of the main center, which ended with the Mandara Customer Service Outlet team winning over the West Direct Call team, which took place under the supervision of Mr. President. The idea of this competition is based on competition between customer service outlets and each other, so a group was created for all customer service outlets based on introducing, educating and training employees on how to deal with the new electronic services provided to customers, such as inquiries - complaints - online contracting - home contracting - advance booking. - Paying bills - entering readings - requesting spare parts, as well as promoting the electronic services provided through the official website of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, the 125 application, and the Qarayati application.

The idea of the competition is for a manager to present one question daily via a WhatsApp group for all employees.

This question is presented every evening at seven o’clock in the evening, and an hour later, the model answer is presented and discussed with the employees, which achieves maximum benefit in exchanging work-related information, successively throughout the week. The competition increased, so they were divided into teams, numbering (16) teams, each team containing ( 4) Individuals using a knockout elimination system, until reaching the final round.

Prizes were distributed to the first and second teams. This experience became training courses in the form of competitions.
