Honoring a number of readers and collectors as part of activating integrity support procedures
Within the framework of implementing the directives of Mr. Eng. Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company for Potable Water and Wastewater, on the necessity of paying attention to activating integrity support procedures, the most important priorities of which are activating the mechanism of reward and punishment and supporting distinguished human resources, Mr. Eng. Ahmed Jaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, honored a number Of the readers and recipients of the “Ideal Reader and Competitor” competition, which is organized by the Integrity Support Department in cooperation with the commercial sector, headed by Dr. Amir Hijab, every three months in the experimental branches in which integrity support procedures are applied, within the framework of highlighting good models to become role models and to raise the principle of competitiveness.
The honoring, which was held on Thursday, April 7, at the company’s main headquarters, witnessed the distribution of certificates of appreciation to the winners of the title of ideal reader and ideal collector, as well as plaques of honor placed in the branches to express their excellence. His Excellency thanked the honorees for their fruitful efforts in the work that nominated them to win the competition, stressing the importance of the role of the metering and collection departments in cooperation with the rest of the departments and departments in the branches in always improving the company’s performance. It is worth noting that the evaluation of the ideal reader and collector is determined by objective criteria announced in advance in the branches in application of the principle Transparency, as these standards evaluate functional aspects such as the way of dealing with customers, the rates of complaints received from them, and achieving the desired target, as well as personal aspects such as dealing with superiors and subordinates.

Mahmoud Salama, Head of the Production and Distribution Sector in the City of Alexandria, Dr. Amir Hegab, Head of the Commercial Sector, Eng.
