A cooperation protocol between the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, the Alexandria Businessmen Association, and the Alexandria Rotary Club.

Mr. Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, signed a cooperation protocol with both the Alexandria Businessmen Association and the Alexandria Rotary Club.

The Alexandria Businessmen Association was represented by Mr. Eng. Mohamed Fawzi Mohamed Fathallah (Chairman of the Community Service Committee of the Alexandria Businessmen Association).

The Rotary Club of Alexandria was represented by Ms. Mona Al-Hakim (President of the Rotary Club of Alexandria).

In the presence of engineer Nadia Abdo (former governor of Beheira).

And Ms. Khadija Khashana (formerly Director of the Women’s Development Department, Alexandria Women’s Health Center).

The protocol stipulated cooperation in the areas of community participation, delivering water to the areas and families most in need, and raising water awareness within the scope of work of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company. Both the Alexandria Businessmen Association and the Rotary Club of Alexandria paid an amount of 450,000 pounds, the value of delivering water to a number of families most in need. Burj Al Arab and Nubaria, which is part of the presidential initiative, A Decent Life.

The Rotary Club of Alexandria also honored Mr. Engineer Ahmed Gaber for the cooperation of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company with civil society in Alexandria Governorate.

Engineer Ahmed Gaber stated that the Alexandria Drinking Water Company is committed to cooperating with civil society in Alexandria Governorate in order to provide a clean water delivery service to our people from poor families.
