An inspection tour by the head of Alexandria Water to customer service centers and commercial branches

Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Drinking Water Company in Alexandria, conducted a field tour of the customer service centers in the Al-Qabbari, Al-Wardian, Al-Ajami, Al-Sahel and October branches, to emphasize the facilitation of procedures and dealings with citizens.

He explained that some branches are being renovated to accommodate a larger number of citizens, and to reduce waiting times at customer service branches, including the Al-Qabbari branch.

He met with directors and heads of branch departments and urged them to stimulate collection rates and reduce arrears, inventory the old and dilapidated mechanical meters in each region and replace them with prepaid meters, and expedite the system for dealing with electronic invoices.

In another context, he inspected the cranes (Al-Mafrouza - Al-Dakhliya - October - 6th of October - October Engineering - the 26th kilometer desert lifter and the Margham lifter), and he also followed up on the implementation of the replacement and renewal process for a 700 mm flexible cast line with a length of 650 meters on Umm Zaghyou Road as part of improving the quality of the service provided.
