Honoring a number of readers and recipients in a competition

Within the framework of implementing the directives of Mr. Eng. Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company for Potable Water and Wastewater, on the necessity of paying attention to activating integrity support procedures, the most important priorities of which are activating the mechanism of reward and punishment and supporting distinguished human resources, Mr. Eng. Ahmed Jaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, honored a number Of readers and recipients within the “Ideal Reader and Conductor” competition organized by the Integrity Support Department in cooperation with the commercial sector headed by Dr. Amir Hijab every three months in 7 of the experimental branches in which the Integrity Support Program is implemented, within the framework of highlighting good models to become role models and to uphold the principle of Competitiveness among employees.

The honoring, which was held at the company's main headquarters, witnessed the distribution of certificates of appreciation to the winners of the title of ideal reader and ideal collector, as well as plaques of honor placed in the branches to express their excellence. The winners are:

His Excellency thanked the honorees for their fruitful work efforts during the past period, stressing the importance of the influential role of the metering and collection departments, in cooperation with the rest of the departments and departments in the branches, in improving the company’s revenues and the company’s performance in general.

It is worth noting that the Ideal Reader and Collector Competition is conducted through objective criteria announced in advance in the branches in application of the principle of transparency. These criteria evaluate functional aspects such as the method of dealing with customers, the rates of complaints received from them, and achieving the desired target, as well as personal aspects such as dealing with superiors and subordinates.

The honoring ceremony was attended by Dr. Amir Hijab, Head of the Commercial Sector, Ms. Yusser Salah, General Manager of Board Affairs, and the Integrity Support Department work team.

It is worth noting that the Integrity Support Program is one of the projects of the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ) implemented in Egypt.
