A field tour of the stations and branches of the Alexandria Water Company.

Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Alexandria Water Company, made a field tour that included the branches and customer service centers (Mandara - Raml), during which he inspected the work situation within the branches and collection departments, urging them to increase the collection process and reduce arrears.

He also listened to citizens' complaints at customer service centers and recommended good treatment of the public and facilitating procedures for them.

He then went to the Mandara water lifter and the Maamoura water station, which operates with a design capacity of 240,000 cubic meters/day and serves part of the second Montaza neighborhood and the Beheira Governorate, during which he followed the replacement and renovation work at the station and visited the wards, workshops, galleries, filters, and laboratories to monitor the quality of the water and check on the progress of work.

He concluded his tour by visiting the training center, where he inspected the lecture halls and the educational process and listened to the lecturers.
