By signing a cooperation protocol with Khalis Company (E Finance) to provide a number of advanced handheld devices, which provide collection and installment services to customers, in addition to recording readings for subscribers, charging credit for prepaid meters, and many other services.

It also allows the conductor to photograph all violations on the ground and infringements on the company’s networks. It also allows recording citizens’ complaints and suggestions, which contributes to the process of receiving complaints faster and working to resolve them as quickly as possible.
