Alexandria Water Company obtained first place in the late Dr. Hosni Ghandar’s Championship for Companies No. (55)

As usual, the Alexandria Water Company won gold medals and first places in the corporate championship with the help and efforts of its distinguished players.

The Alexandria Water Company, headed by Engineer Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, participated in four games: (boxing - athletics - cross country - table tennis) in the Corporate Championship No. (55), which bears the name of the late Dr. Hosni Ghandar, former president of the Federation of Companies and the godfather of the competition.

The company participated in four games: (boxing - athletics - cross country - table tennis) with a total of (45) medals.

The company got first place in:

- Athletics with (35) medals.

(15) Gold Medal -  Silver Medal - (12) Bronze Medal.

And the first place cup.

- Boxing team with a number of medals.

(4) Gold Medal - (2) Silver Medal - (2) Bronze Medal.

And the first place cup.

- The cross country team won first place and the gold medal.

And the championship cup.

The table tennis team came in third place overall and won the bronze medal.

The player Islam Abdel Tawab broke the Egyptian record in the 5000m race walk, which was in the name of the same player and registered in the name of our company. The previous record was 20.2 minutes, while the new record was 19.04 minutes.

Engineer Ahmed Jaber congratulated all the participating teams on this great victory, wishing them and our dear company further progress and prosperity.
