Alexandria Water receives a delegation from the Gharbia Water and Wastewater Company to exchange experiences.

In accordance with the prevailing experience exchange protocol between subsidiaries of the Holding Company for Potable Water and Wastewater, the Alexandria Water Company received a delegation from the Gharbia Water and Wastewater Company, namely:

General Manager of Information Systems - General Manager of Customer Service - General Manager of Central Customer Service - General Manager of Programs and Applications Management.

They were received by Mr. Badr Saber, General Manager of Customer Service, where they visited the Mandara branch, and followed the work flow of the branch and the customer service outlet. The company’s new services, reports on the evaluation and development department, and automated call reports were also presented.
