An extensive field tour by Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Alexandria Water Company for branches and stations.

Engineer Ahmed Jaber, accompanied by the head of the commercial sector and the collectors, took a physical tour of the areas affiliated with the Al-Qabbari branch in order to follow up on the activation of the handheld system, which was actually implemented on 01/11/2022, which concerns collection and readings.

He then headed to the new Al-Qabbari branch, which is being prepared to begin work in the coming weeks, and from there to the Al-Jaraya bakery stations, Al-Nozha station, and Sharqi station, to check on the progress of work, follow up on the work of renovations, maintenance, pressures, and remove obstacles to avoid future malfunctions.

He also visited the Moharram Bey and Al-Balad branches and customer service centers, then inspected the equipment for the new celebration hall, which is being equipped at the highest levels to serve the company’s people. Then, His Excellency went to the meter workshop, which was provided with the latest calibration devices to meet the needs of customers in conducting the inspection, testing and calibration process. He concluded his visit with a demonstration of the parking process for cars and pumps in preparation for the current rainy season.
