A field tour for the head of the Alexandria Water Company in the Sharq region.

Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Alexandria Water Company, toured the Maamoura Station, during which he inspected the maintenance and renovation work at the station. He also stopped by the workshops, filters, and corridors to follow up on the progress of work, overcome obstacles, and solve problems immediately.

Then he went to the Abu Qir branch, during which he met with the branch director and collectors to urge them to increase collections and arrears and speed up the installation of prepaid meters.

Then, to the customer service outlet, he listened to some of the citizens’ complaints and ordered them to be quickly responded to, followed up on, and worked to solve them as quickly as possible.
