Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Alexandria Water Company, visited the Abu Qir and Mandara branches, during which he met with the branch managers to follow up on the work of the new automated system (Handheld) and its effective impact in facilitating conductors’ work in reducing lengthy procedures in operating systems.

His Excellency also followed up on the process of replacing damaged or non-functioning public meters and gave instructions to quickly complete their replacement and installation for the consumer to reduce losses, regularize the conditions of subscribers, and collect arrears and the company’s dues.

This comes in accordance with the strategic plan that ends on 12/31/2022, and the state is keen to hold the citizen accountable for his actual consumption and not burden him with any additional burdens or costs, and rather to conserve water and rationalize consumption.
