Mr. Eng. Ahmed Jaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors, honors his children who are exemplary readers and achievers in a competition

Within the framework of implementing the directives of Mr. Eng. Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater, regarding the necessity of paying attention to activating integrity support procedures, Mr. Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, honored his children who are exemplary readers and achievers within the “Reader” competition. “The Ideal Outcome” is organized by the Integrity Support Department in cooperation with the commercial sector, within the framework of activating the reward and punishment mechanisms included within the integrity support procedures included in the executive plans for commercial sector operations.

The honoring ceremony witnessed the distribution of certificates of appreciation to the winners of the title of ideal reader and ideal collector in seven experimental branches, and also plaques placed in the branches to express their excellence, namely:

1- Country Branch:

Ideal reader: Mahmoud Saber Al-Sayed.

Ideal recipient: Ahmed Ali Muhammad.

2- Ibrahimiya Branch:

Ideal reader: Muhammad Ahmed Adam

Ideal recipient: Abdul Aleem Muhammad Ali

3- Mandara Branch:

Ideal reader: Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Mahmoud

Ideal recipient: Muhammad Farid Siddiq

4- Abu Qir Branch:

The ideal reader: Ezz Al-Arab Youssef Saber

The ideal recipient: Tariq Al-Shahat Mohamed Hafez

5- Al-Ajami Branch:

The ideal recipient: Hani Ramadan Naeem

His Excellency praised the efforts of the workers in the collection and meter reading departments, stressing the company’s keenness to support and encourage all efforts and competencies to always improve the company’s performance.

It is worth noting that the reader’s evaluation and the ideal conductor are determined by objective standards that evaluate functional aspects such as the style of dealing with customers, complaints rates, and achieving the desired target, as well as personal aspects such as dealing with superiors and subordinates, and these standards are announced in the branches to ensure the principle of transparency.

The tribute also witnessed the honoring of 4 distinguished efforts from the Amriya and Noubaria branches:

Abdel Sattar Mamdouh Abdel Sattar, Mahmoud Maher Ibrahim from the Amriya Branch, and Atef Wafi and Yahya Zakaria from the Nubaria Branch in appreciation of their integrity and honesty in performing their work duties.

The honoring ceremony was attended by Dr. Amir Hijab, Head of the Commercial Sector, Ms. Yusser Salah El-Din, General Manager of Board Affairs, and the Integrity Support Department work team.

It is worth noting that the Integrity Support Program is one of the projects of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) implemented in Egypt.
