A workshop on topics related to climate change in Assiut.

Under the auspices of Mr. Ahmed Gaber, Head of the Drinking Water Company in Alexandria, the workshop held at the Training Center of the Drinking Water and Wastewater Company in Assiut was attended from 11/6/20123 to 15/6/2023 within the framework of the "Technical Support for Integrated Water Solutions" project plan. Funded by the US Agency for International Development on climate change and confronting its effects in various sectors.

The workshop discussed many topics related to climate change, the most important of which are:

1. The effect of climate change on water.

2. The importance of linking climate change to all sectors of the company.

3. The importance of measuring emissions and the need to limit and reduce them.

4. Calculating your carbon footprint.

5. The expected future scenarios for the climate, explaining the importance of studying them and the need to develop a way to adapt to them.
