A field tour by the head of the Alexandria Water Company to cranes, branches and customer service centers.

Mr. Ahmed Jaber, Chairman of the Alexandria Water Company, made a field tour, which began with a visit to Furn Al-Jaraya water station, during which he was assured of the progress of the operation, renovations and periodic maintenance inside the station.

He also visited the Abu Youssef, Abu Talat, October, and Dekheila water lifts, followed up on the operation of projects and periodic maintenance within the lifts, followed up on the latest developments in them, and recommended removing any consequences that might face workers inside the aforementioned lifts.

After that, His Eminence went to some service branches to check on the extent of discipline in them and how to deal with citizens. He visited the Al-Qabbari branch, Al-Wardian branch, and the 6th of October branch, and ended them with Al-Ajami and Al-Sahel branches. He met with some citizens and listened to their complaints, and recommended facilitating all procedures for them and speedy completion, as He went through the departments and spoke with the employees to see the developments of the work, and also recommended increasing the collection process and expediting the installation of prepaid meters.

During the tour, His Excellency followed the electronic work system to facilitate the collection of the company's dues and arrears with the relevant departments, including: collection department, arrears, inspection, and customer service.
