Sustainable development of the most needy villages in cooperation with civil society
Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Alexandria Water Company, received a group of civil society representatives from charitable associations and institutions cooperating with the Alexandria Water Company.
He was hosted by the following gentlemen:

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Future Protectors Association for Care and Development, known as No. 1727 of 2004, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Water Federation
And exchange.
* Engineer: Fatima Rushdi
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Waibai Al-Athar Foundation, registered under No. 4291 of 2023.
* Ms. Soha Abdel Razek
Treasurer of the Generation of Hope Association for Social Development, No. 1652 of 2004.

The mechanism for extending a water line to the village of Abdel Wahab in Tabiya was discussed, with a length of 732 meters of 6-inch diameter pipes. The project serves more than 100 families in the village, and the cost of extending the water line amounted to 923,640 pounds.

Engineer Ahmed Gaber stated that the Alexandria Drinking Water Company is keen to cooperate with civil society in Alexandria Governorate in order to achieve sustainable development in the areas most in need and serve our vulnerable families in these areas through the company’s community participation department, which is the link between the company Drinking water and civil society.
