Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Alexandria Water Company, announced the renewal of the ISO 9001 quality management system certificate for 8 sectors and 6 general departments of the company for the twelfth time in a row.

This came during the external review of the ISO certification body, SGS Limited Egypt, in the period from October 8 to 11, 2023, during which the granting body decided to renew the ISO 9001-2015 quality management system certificate for the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, continuously and without interruption, from 2012 until now.

The chief auditor of the donor body praised the quality management system implemented in the company and the role of Engineer Ahmed Jaber, the company’s president, in providing all means of support and tangible development that was monitored in the company’s various operations, as well as the integration of work between the various sectors and its impact on increasing the effectiveness of the system’s application, as well as the customer-oriented approach and seeking to reach He also praised the company's excellence in the field of institutional excellence.

The inspection team thanked and appreciated Dr. Essam Abdel Majeed, Director General of the Technical Office, Quality Assurance Department, and all departments participating in the external audit for the efforts made in achieving this achievement.
