“Alexandria Water” wins first place in the government excellence competition nationwide..

Based on the political leadership’s keenness to achieve the goals of sustainable development and Egypt’s Vision 2030 to improve the standard of living and services provided to citizens.

The Government Excellence Award was launched at the individual and institutional levels in support of spreading the culture of excellence and quality standards in service provision, through an ambitious development process for an advanced nation based on an effective and highly efficient administrative apparatus that applies governance concepts and in turn contributes to achieving development.

In the field of customer service and the hotline, the Alexandria Drinking Water Company won (6) places out of a total of (10) centers that were qualified for the field evaluation stage, where the Alexandria Water Company got first and third place in the field of customer service, represented by the Mandara Customer Service Center and the Al-Nubaria customer service in a row, and it also won second place in hotline 125 at the level of companies affiliated with drinking water and sanitation companies.

Following this, Mr. Engineer Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company for Potable Water and Wastewater, accompanied by Mr. Engineer Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company and Managing Director, and the chairmen of the boards of directors of the subsidiary companies, and in the presence of: Mr. Ambassador/ Hisham Badr, Assistant Minister of Planning and Economic Development. ,
