The accreditation of the calibration laboratory in the General Administration of Quality and Environment in the laboratories sector was renewed for the year 2023 for the quality system ISO 17025:2017 by the National Accreditation Council - EGAC - as the accreditation was renewed in the field of calibration of electrical conductivity devices, pH, thermals and volumes, and these areas have been accredited since 2022, The scope of accreditation has been increased in 2023 for calibration of speed, time and turbidity devices.

With the accreditation of this laboratory in the field of calibration of turbidity devices, the calibration laboratory of the Drinking Water Company in Alexandria becomes one of the most efficient laboratories accredited in the field of calibration of turbidity devices in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Dr. Lamia Mustafa extended her sincere thanks and appreciation to all colleagues from department directors, chemists and technicians in the General Administration of Quality and Environment for the continuous cooperation for all their efforts and working in a team spirit to reach the highest levels.
