Under the patronage and presence of Mr. Eng. Ahmed Jaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, the laboratories sector witnessed a meeting entitled “Harvest of the laboratories sector for the year 2023.”

This came in the presence of Dr. Lamia Mustafa, Head of the Company’s Laboratories and Research Sector,,

The workshop was opened with a speech by Mr. Engineer Ahmed Jaber, in which he praised the cadres and leaders of the laboratories sector and their achievements during the year 2023, especially at the level of the subsidiaries, the holding company, and the Drinking Water Regulatory Authority, and for obtaining first places in many forums.

He explained the strategy that the company is pursuing towards implementing the state’s vision for the coming year, the future direction of the desalination systems and chlorine alternatives used, and the company’s current performance indicators.

Dr. Lamia Mustafa also reviewed the laboratories sector’s strategies, the most important sector performance indicators, the bright and vital points during the year 2023, and the volume of revenues and expenses.

She added that the Calibration Department, the Measurement Accreditation Department, the General Administration for Water Safety and Security, and two affiliated departments were created, and all ISO, environment, safety and occupational health certificates, water safety and security certificates, sustainable technical management certificates, and the ISO 17025 certificate for central laboratories were obtained.
