Alexandria Water hosts the workshop on “Curricula for Schools of Drinking Water and Sanitation”..
Mr. Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Alexandria Water Company, accompanied by Mr. Major General Mahmoud Nafi, President of the Alexandria Sanitation Company, and Engineer Jwaida Ali Suleiman, Head of the Southern Region Sector, and the General Supervisor of the School, received the following:

General Manager of the Office of the Vice Chairman of the Holding Company.
Gentlemen, officials of the schools affiliated with the holding company.
This is to attend the workshop held on 7-8/2/2024 regarding the curriculum strategy, how to update it in coordination with the Ministry of Education, which is in line with the state’s vision 2030.
The workshop discusses matters related to the educational process, which are:
- Holding the results of the mid-year exams for each school.
- Teacher evaluation for the first half of the academic year by school principals.
- Discussing methods for setting theoretical examinations for the diploma.
- Discussing the preparation of assignments and the necessary equipment for the practical diploma exams in 2024.
- Discussing the observations and negatives during the first term exam for first and second year students.
- Discussing the observations and negatives during training third grade students and how to avoid them.
- Discussing the modernization of specialized technical curricula to keep pace with modern technology.
- Delivering an educational lecture on how to manage lectures in the correct manner.
Engineer Ahmed Jaber opened the workshop by welcoming the guests. He also thanked them for the honorable form and method in dealing with students, and for advancing the educational process until it reached where we are now, and that the holding company and companies do not hesitate to present everything new in water sciences to their students.
In his speech, Major General Mahmoud Nafie welcomed the attendees, wishing them success, and stressed that integration and cooperation between companies will benefit our companies and all of Egypt, through the exchange of knowledge and experiences between each other in order to reach the goal we seek.
Brigadier General Khaled Al-Mahdi also thanked Engineer Ahmed Jaber and Major General Mahmoud Nafi for the effort made and that the distinguished support provided by them must benefit the psychological state of the student. He also touched on the issue of updating the curricula, and stated that there is no objection to amending or increasing the curriculum or Edit it.
