Campaigns to remove encroachments on the drinking water network in the poor areas.

Believing in the role played by the Alexandria Water Company to improve and raise the efficiency of services provided to citizens, preserve state resources, and implement the principle of justice in subscribers’ access to all services legally.

The Field Follow-up Department of the General Administration of Internal Audit and Inspection carried out several campaigns to remove infringements on the drinking water network at the level of Alexandria Governorate.

Water has been cut off and illegal (surreptitious) connections removed from residential properties, illegal and non-contractual commercial activities, and laundromats in the Azab areas of Montazah III, Hod Ushra, Al-Rawda, and Sarkis Zalstein, affiliated with the Mandara branch.

The company’s dues for the contracted properties were collected, citizens’ complaints were listened to, and they were worked to resolve them immediately.

This is done in cooperation with the engineering departments and commercial branches to come to the contract after providing them with all facilities to legalize their situation and collect the company’s dues.
