Engineer Ahmed Jaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, announced during his recent tour that the level of readiness had been raised to its highest point in all the company’s stations, cranes and branches. This measure comes to ensure the provision of high-quality services to citizens without interruption throughout the Eid al-Fitr period and around the clock.

During his tour, Engineer Ahmed Jaber made multiple visits to different sites affiliated with the company. These visits included the Wardian branch and customer service, as well as the Ajami and Al-Sahel branches and customer service, in addition to the 6th of October branch and customer service to closely monitor the progress of work and ensure that high-quality service is provided to citizens.

He also inspected the Al-Qabbari Engineering Branch and the 6th of October Engineering Branch to check on the condition of networks and equipment and ensure that the work teams are prepared to deal with any emergency that may arise.

During the days of Eid al-Fitr.

In order to ensure the uninterrupted provision of services in western Alexandria, His Excellency visited Rafea, Dekheila Reservoir, and Rafea Abu Youssef to check the pressures and make sure that everything is fine.

He then moved to the Burj Al Arab coastal lifter and tank to supervise the progress of work and inspect pressures, ensuring continuity and regularity of service in all villages of the northern coast.

These measures came in preparation for Eid al-Fitr and the upcoming summer season.

In addition, he was keen to follow up on the work of relocating lines conflicting with the work of expanding the coastal road in the two axes (B and C), in preparation for all lines to enter service, ensuring that all lines are operating at full capacity.

His Excellency stressed the need for the continued work of station managers, laboratory managers, front-line and hotline workers, customer service, sector heads, and general managers in each sector in their work areas to constantly ensure that work is progressing smoothly, address any problems immediately, and take the necessary action immediately regarding the presence of any complaints.
