The efforts of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company and Civil Protection continued as part of an attempt to control the fire that broke out at the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Company.
Engineer Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, announced that the company had provided logistical support to help control the fire. The company provided two excavators with a height of 18 meters, and the required openings were made by civil defense teams to facilitate the arrival of water and control the fire.
These quick measures came as a result of close cooperation between the Alexandria Drinking Water Company and all the executive authorities of the governorate, as the company seeks to provide all necessary support to ensure the safety of the community and mitigate the effects of the fire.
These efforts took place in the presence of the Minister of Public Business Sector, Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, and a number of executive leaders in the governorate.
