Honoring the President of Alexandria Water at the opening of the Engineering Forum for Business and Jobs at the Faculty of Engineering..

Dr. Abdulaziz Qanswa, President of Alexandria University, inaugurated the Engineering Forum for Business and Careers held at the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, in which more than 40 companies participate that provide distinctive opportunities in various engineering fields such as civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and information technology.

This came in the presence of Dr. Issam Wahba, who is in charge of managing the work of the Dean of the College of Engineering, the College’s Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Dr. Walid Abdel Azim, the College’s Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Wael Al-Maghlani, the College’s Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Hisham Saudi, Head of the Syndicate of Engineers, and Engineer Ihab Zakaria, a member of the Senate. And a group of college professors, company owners, and specialists.

The forum aims to provide an environment that brings together companies and those seeking job opportunities in the fields of business and employment. A large number of well-known companies in the fields of engineering and industry participate in this forum to provide students and graduates with the opportunity to learn about the participating companies, submit their CVs, and participate in immediate interviews with company representatives, as well as Providing the opportunity to attend workshops and orientation sessions aims to enhance the skills of both students and graduates and develop their professional capabilities.

In his speech, Engineer Ahmed Jaber stressed that this forum is considered one of the most important events organized by the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, and such events help our students and engineers to blend academic education with the training and practical aspects, especially since the Alexandria Water Company opens its doors to train our students, to contribute to Training and qualifying them for the foreign labor market, pointing out that Egypt has a great wealth of its engineers.
