In an atmosphere of joy, Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Alexandria Water Company, honored the winners of the Holy Month of Ramadan competition, which consists of 30 questions distributed over the thirty days of Ramadan, and revolves around the importance of water, ways to rationalize it, and how to optimally exploit resources, in order to convey a correct image of the companies’ efforts. The competition is organized by the Marketing Department in cooperation with the Technology and Communications Sector. It aims to spread the culture of water awareness, the optimal use of water, and an attempt to economize on its use, noting that this competition is not limited to workers only, but rather includes all groups nationwide.

The value of the prizes, which are distributed daily, is estimated at 500 pounds for the top ten, the value of 250 pounds for second place, and 100 pounds for third place, which the contestant gets through a random draw.

During the celebration, some of the contestants recited some poems expressing the extent of their love and belonging to the company and the extent of the effort exerted by the departments responsible for organizing the competition, and trying to bring joy to them.
