Alexandria Water and the fruits of cooperation with civil society institutions

Based on the cooperation protocol between the Alexandria Drinking Water Company and the Masdar Khair Association, one of the civil society institutions, Eng. Ahmed Jaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, received Mr. Islam Korani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Masdar Khair Association, where they discussed developing ways of cooperation between the Alexandria Drinking Water Company and the Association in the areas of community participation and spreading water awareness in the most needy villages in Alexandria Governorate. The Association paid the cost of extending a water line in the village of Al-Kubaniya, one of the villages of the Montazah countryside, with a length of 222 meters of pipes, 6 inches in diameter. The project serves a number of poor families in the village.

This comes within the framework of the keenness of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company in cooperation with civil society institutions in Alexandria Governorate in order to provide the service to all segments of society, especially the most needy families.
