Alexandria Water honors its distinguished sons from readers and collectors
Within the framework of the keenness of Mr. Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, to encourage distinguished employees and activate the principle of reward and punishment, and in implementation of the directives of Mr. Eng. Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation, to activate integrity support procedures.
His Excellency honored his sons from readers and collectors within the "Ideal Reader and Collector" competition organized by the Integrity Support Department in cooperation with the commercial sector, activating the principles of integrity and transparency, and thanked them for their efforts and dedication to the work that qualified them to be nominated and win the competition.
The competition included 8 branches:

It is worth noting that the ideal reader and collector are evaluated according to objective criteria that evaluate functional aspects such as the method of dealing with customers, complaint rates, and achieving the required target, as well as personal aspects such as dealing with managers and subordinates. These criteria are set in advance in the branches to achieve the principle of transparency.
The honoring ceremony was attended by Dr. Amir Hegab, Head of the Commercial Sector, Ms. Yasser Salah, General Manager of Board Affairs, and the Integrity Support Management Team.
It is worth noting that the Integrity Support Program is one of the programs implemented within the Nile Delta Water Management Program project of the German Agency for International Cooperation (NDWM-GIZ) implemented in Egypt
