As part of the ongoing efforts to enhance readiness and preparedness to confront crises and disasters, His Excellency Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, conducted a field tour in the city of Alexandria, during which he inspected the readiness of the Alexandria Water Company to confront emergency conditions that may result from weather fluctuations during the winter season.
The Prime Minister was accompanied on the tour by Engineer Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Alexandria Water Company, and a number of executive leaders.
The tour began with the company's equipment line-up ceremony in front of the Alexandria Governorate building, where the capabilities and equipment available to deal with any potential crises that may face the city of Alexandria were reviewed.
Dr. Madbouly praised the efforts made by the Alexandria Water Company in providing advanced equipment and updating emergency plans to ensure the continuity of service provision with high efficiency and speed.
For his part, Engineer Ahmed Gaber stressed that the company is committed to providing the highest levels of preparedness and response, with training specialized teams and providing the necessary resources to achieve this.
This readiness comes within the government's plans aimed at enhancing public safety and maintaining the continuity of basic services for citizens.
