Alexandria Water Company renews ISO 9001:2015 certificate for the 13th consecutive year..

Alexandria Water Company, headed by Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Chairman and Managing Director, announced the renewal of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certificate for 8 sectors and 7 general departments in the company, for the 13th consecutive year.

This achievement came after the external audit conducted by SGS Limited Egypt, the certification body accredited by UKAS, during the period from November 3 to 14. The audit resulted in the renewal of the certificate without recording any non-conformities, whether major or minor.

Eng. Ahmed Gaber confirmed that this achievement reflects the company's commitment to continuous improvement of operations and services provided to customers, stressing the ability of the quality management system to face all challenges and meet customer requirements effectively. He also pointed out that this success is consistent with the company's policies of rationalizing expenses, improving time efficiency, and developing human cadres.

For his part, the chief auditor of the donor praised the effective leadership role played by Eng. Ahmed Gaber and all the company's leaders in creating a climate that ensures the achievement of the institution's goals. He also commended the distinguished efforts of the General Administration of the Technical Office under the leadership of Dr. Essam Abdel Majeed and the Quality Assurance Department, which contributed significantly to raising the efficiency of institutional performance.
